Ok, so how do I order?
First choose your design from the DESIGN ALBUM, then go to the STATIONERY Page and order direct from there....you can buy as few or as many as you want and you can choose matching Save the Date, Order of Service, Menus, RSVP....or anything else you want.
Once you have paid for your items, please fill out and send the details on the ORDER FORM sheet, this will give us further details and choices you have made regarding Card, Print, Ribbon and Foil Colour and the wording you want inside the cards.
By far the simplest way is by chatting on the phone, so find your design and give us a call. We'll be happy to advise or answer any questions you may have.
If you would prefer us to contact you then fill out the contact form and well give you a call back. Whichever method you use, you can be assured of a fast, friendly service, We're not happy, until YOU are happy!
When do I send out my Invitations?
The sooner the better is the answer to this. Certainly I would recommend no later than 3 months prior to the Wedding Day, this will enable people to make arrangements to attend and also give you plenty of notice for the RSVP's.
When should I order my Stationery?
Save the Date cards can be ordered and sent as soon as you have save the date for the Wedding. These are great for warning people in advance of the date, but before any fine details have been arranged.
Invitations need to be sent at the least 3 months in advance.
How long do orders take?
This depends on how busy we are. Allow a maximum of 4 weeks, for our busiest times, but this is the exception rather than the rule. Once your order is approved by you, we get on with it as a matter or priority. All our Stationery is made especially for each customer and is unique for that customer. To give this personal service takes time. These are not shop bought, over the counter goods....they are made for you and are as individual as you!
I'm on a low budget wedding, can you help?
We most certainly can. Our Invites start from as little as £1 each (see the postcard range) and although these are somewhat cheaper than the other cards, we have not compromised on quality of card or envelopes, they are just less time consuming and take less card than the other invites.
How many Invites do I order?
We usually recommend that you order 1 invite per couple but remember to add around 10% - 15%. This will allow for mistakes and also you will have spares in case some people cannot attend.
I hear you can also supply a Calligraphy Service, do I have to buy my invites from you?
Absolutely not. I am a trained, professional Calligrapher and Lettering Artist with over 20 years experience. Much of our work is for Weddings and I only started to make cards, because of the poor quality and high prices commercial companies were charging.
We do however use stock inserts, which are of good quality and user friendly to the calligrapher, so on our own goods we know how the materials are going to act. If you intend to buy elsewhere, we ask that we can actually look and test a sample first before we give you a price for our service.
